Hands On Deck Marine Maintenance is a locally owned boat care company based in Fort Myers, serving boat owners across Southwest Florida. We started out keeping boats clean, and over time our customers kept asking us to handle more: repairs, paint, protection, electronics and the custom projects that tie them together. Today we offer full-service marine care, restoration, protection, upgrades and custom solutions, organized under one point of contact.
What We Believe About Boat Care
Owning a boat should be enjoyable, not a constant chase for the right vendor. A boat is a system: fiberglass, paint, wiring, upholstery and hardware all affect each other. We look at the whole boat, plan the work so the trades fit together, and match the process to the boat’s condition instead of forcing every vessel into the same package.

You’ll find us at 16235 Pine Ridge Rd, Unit 206, Fort Myers, FL 33908, open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with weekends by appointment. Our wash crews also travel to docks and marinas across our service areas in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, and we take on boat show and dealership work throughout the region.
